Winberie’s Celebrates 40th Anniversary
For four decades, Winberie’s Restaurant & Bar has served as a beloved local gathering spot for students, faculty and members of the community of Princeton, New Jersey. Join us throughout the year as we feature a mix of special programming and limited-time partnerships to celebrate this milestone moment in our history.
Each month, we’ll add “rewind dishes” to our menu to showcase guest favorites from the past including an iconic Chicken Marsala and an exclusive 40th anniversary Blended Burger by Dutch’s Meats.
In mid-July, join us for an al fresco BBQ event in Palmer Square. This celebration will include several community partners such as Icarus Brewing, Old Hights Brewing Company and Little Water Distillery. Guests will enjoy delicious offerings such as N.C. style BBQ pulled pork sliders, fried chicken salad, cajun mac & cheese dogs, potato salad and Toll House pie squares.

Celebrate on April 19th from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. when distillers from Sourland Mountain will join us in the bar as we feature their spirits during this very special happy hour.

- Celebrate our friends at Icarus Brewing with a month-long tap takeover! Enjoy six fresh brews during the month of June!
- We’ll tap the keg and debut an Icarus & Winberie’s collaboration anniversary brew.
- Fly close to the sun with us and Icarus for a Summer Solstice Happy Hour from 3:00 p.m. until sunset on Thursday, June 20th. Representatives from Icarus will be joining us for this special happy hour to share their Icarus story, offer samples and raffle off t-shirts & other prizes.

⏪ Rewind Dish of the Month – Dutch’s Meats Anniversary Burger
We’ll commemorate some original Winberie’s Burger combinations throughout July using a rich & delicious anniversary burger blend from our longtime meat purveyor, Dutch’s Meats.
